Foot Valve Filters

Description

• This unit is intended for temporary pumping situations
• Has either 32mm, 40mm or 50mm Male (cat 17) fitted on both inside and outside the screw cap
• This allows a footvalve to be screwed inside the cap and the hose or other connection to the outside fitting
• Can also be adapted to suit other types of foot valves e.g the ‘Alderdice Floating Foot Valve’
• Used by:

Specifications

• 316 Grade stainless steel mesh – will last a lifetime
• Made from 100 mm DWV tubing and pressure grade fittings for incredible strength and long life
• Optimum ratio of slotting to pipe diameter to guarantee lowest velocities which reduces the incidence of encrustation
• Single metal construction ensures longest life with no electrolysis
• Generally fitted with a coarse mesh (16 -30 gauge) but can be supplied with any mesh
• Standard length is 300mm but this unit can be made to any length upon request
• Please note that this unit is not supplied with the foot valve. If you require a footvalve, please advise at the time of ordering
